<br /> Part of the Highlands, a recorded plat 'in Section 13, T 7 N, R
<br /> 8 E, Town of Middleton and part of Section 18, T 7 N, R 9 E,
<br /> Town of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits line of the City of Madison,
<br /> said point being in the Westerly right-of--gray line in Highlands
<br /> Avenue as platted in the Highlands, a recorded plat in Section 13,
<br /> T 7 N, R 8 E, Town of Middleton and part of Section 18, T 7 N,
<br /> R 9 E, Town of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said point being
<br /> on the Westerly line of Highlands Avenue at the point of inter-
<br /> section of a line that bears North 80° 7' 51" West, from a point
<br /> in the Easterly line of said Avenue. Last mentioned point being
<br /> 165.31 feet Southwesterly of the most Westerly corner of Lot 17
<br /> of said plat measured along the Easterly line of said avenue;
