<br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, T 7 N, R 8 E, Town of Middleton,
<br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits of the City of Madison, said
<br /> point being on the East line of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, T 7 N,
<br /> R 8 E, Town of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin and 671.4 feet
<br /> South of the North line of said Section 24; thence North 121.4
<br /> feet along the East line of the said NW 1/4; thence West 90.75
