<br /> ORDER OF ALTERATION OF SCHOOL DISTRICT BOUNDARY LINES
<br /> Pursuant to a resolution adopted by the joint Dane, Columbia and Sauk County
<br /> School Committee at a legal meeting of said joint Committee held at the Waunakee
<br /> High School, Waunakee, Wisconsin, at 8:00 o'clock in the evening on the 10th day
<br /> of November, 1965, and subsequently the said Joint Committee having held a formal
<br /> hearing on the 10th day of November, 1965, and having held a conference with
<br /> school boards of the districts involved, all being in accordance with the provisions
<br /> of Section 40.03, precedent to the issuance of this order, it is hereby ordered that
<br /> the following described territory, to-wit:
<br /> Prt NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, SWly of Hwy except W 33 ft. (24.2A)
<br /> SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 except W 33 ft. (39.1A)
<br /> All in Section 32, Township 9 N, Range 8 E, Dane Township be
<br /> detached from Joint School District No. 3 of the Village of Prairie du Sac,
<br /> Sauk City, and Merrimac, Towns of Franklin, Honey Creek, Merrimac,
<br /> Prairie du Sac, Sumpter and Troy, County of Sauk; and Towns of Berry,
<br /> Dane, Mazomanie, Roxbury and Springfield, County of Dane; and Towns
<br /> of Caledonia and West Point, County of Columbia, State of Wisconsin,
<br /> AND
<br /> The W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 (20A) all in Section 32, Township
<br /> 9 N, Range 8 E, Dane Township be detached from Joint School District
<br /> No. 1 of the City of Lodi and Towns of Lodi, Arlington, Dekorra and
<br /> West Point, Columbia County, and the Towns of Dane, Roxbury and
<br /> Vienna, Dane County, State of Wisconsin, and
<br /> that said described territory be attached to joint School District No, 4, Village
<br /> of Waunakee and Towns of Dane, Vienna, Westport and Springfield, County of
<br /> Dane, State of Wisconsin, for all school purposes whatsoever.
<br /> This order is effective on the 30th day of April, 1966.
