<br /> the County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, as Requested in
<br /> a Petition Filed with the Clerk of the Town of Primrose
<br /> on Date of December 8, 1964.
<br /> The facts in the above matter are as follows:

<br /> On December 8, 1964, a petition was filed with C. J. Duerst, Clerk of the Town of
<br /> Primrose, County of Dane, Wisconsin, pursuant to Section 40.06, Wis. Stats. , requesting
<br /> detachment of the following described territory from Joint School District No. 5, Towns
<br /> of Primrose, Perry and Springdale (LaFollette Heights District), County of Dane,
<br /> Wisconsin, to wit:
<br /> Section- 11-5-7 S- 1/2 of SE 1/4
<br /> Section 14-5-7 NE i/4 NE 1/4 except part East of Sugar River
<br /> NW 1/4 NE 1/4
<br /> SE 1/4 NE 1/4 except part East of Sugar River
<br /> NE 1/4 NW 1/4 north of Sugar River (14 Acres)
<br /> Town of Primrose, Dane County, Wisconsin
<br /> and the attachment thereof to Joint School District No. 1, Village of Mt. Horeb and
<br /> Towns of Springdale, Blue Mounds, Vermont, Cross Plains and Perry (Mt. Horeb Elementary
<br /> District), County of Dane, Wisconsin.
