<br /> The facts in the above matter are as follows:
<br /> On December 8, 1964, a petition was filed with Norm Nolan, Clerk of the Village of
<br /> Waunakee, County of Dane, Wisconsin, pursuant to Section 40.06 of the Wisconsin Sta-
<br /> tutes, requesting the detachment of the following described territory from Common School
<br /> District No. 2, of the Town of Vienna, County of Dane, Wisconsin, and from the DeForest
<br /> Union High School District, of the Village of DeForest and Towns of Bristol, Burke,
<br /> Vienna and Windsor, County of Dane, Wisconsin, and Towns of Hampden and Leeds, County
<br /> of Columbia, Wisconsin, to wit:
<br /> Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/14 and the North 10 Acres of the
<br /> Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 9
