• <br /> COUNTY SCHOOL COMMITTEE ORDER <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 40.02 (5), 40.025 (2) and 40.03 <br /> of the Wisconsin Statutes, the Dane County School Committee having held <br /> a formal hearing on the 6th day of August, 1964, and having held a confer- <br /> ence with school boards of districts involved precedent to the issuance <br /> of this order, the following described territory, to-wit: <br /> A parcel of land located in the Northwest 1/4 and Southwest 1/4 <br /> of Section 30, Town 7 North, Range 11 East (Township of Cottage <br /> Grove), Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 30; <br /> thence South 0°47' West along the center line of Brandt Road <br /> 2,565.69 feet to the point of beginning, which is 74 feet plus or <br /> minus North of the South line of said Northwest 1/4; thence North <br /> 86°54' East 206 26 feet; thence South 0°47' West 287.40 feet; <br /> thence South 866 54' West 80.62 feet; thence North 35°38' West <br /> 211.22 feet to the center line of Brandt Road; thence North 0047' <br /> East along said center line 108.93 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> is hereby ordered detached from the Monona Grove School District Joint <br /> No. 4, Villages of Monona and Cottage Grove, and Towns of Blooming Grove, <br /> Sun Prairie, and Cottage Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin and <br /> attach the above described territory to the McFarland School District <br /> Joint No. 8, Village of McFarland and Towns of Blooming Grove, Cottage <br /> Grove, Dunn, and Pleasant Springs, Dane County, Wisconsin, for all school <br /> purposes. <br /> This order becomes effective October 15, 1964. <br /> Signed: <br /> T. 0.
