"W" <br /> and East Chrurch Road. <br /> March 21, 1978-Glen L.Northrop found the 5" square sandstone monument in steep cut bank leaning <br /> south,straightened the monument and set reference ties. <br /> August 3, 1978-J. Michael Clayton found a the square monument which agreed with previous tie sheet <br /> dated 3/21/1978. <br /> November 20, 1984-Glen L.Northrop found the square sandstone monument lying on its side on steep cut <br /> bank, he found the old hole where stone came out of agreeing with tie distances from pipes on tie <br /> sheet dated Aug. 3, 1978. The stone was placed back in old hole and concrete poured around stone. <br /> (j)I,David C.
