A storage space is considered accessible if there is any one of the following: 1) <br /> a swing door with a minimum 32" clearance and 6 ft 8 inch height;2)an electric garage door opener is installed for use with an <br /> overhead door; or 3)the overhead door meets the opening force maximums of IBC 1008.1.3,and has accessible hardware. <br /> Sheet SI within the plan legend indicates that 2 of the 22 overhead doors will have operators installed in order to comply with IBC <br /> 1108.3.
