A zoning permit <br /> inspection was conducted on January 17, 2018. It was observed that a detached shed had been built on <br /> your property at 584 Juedes Lane without the start of construction of a single family residence. <br /> Under Dane County Code of Ordinance section 10.04(1)(b)1. a principal residential use must exist or be <br /> under construction prior to the erection or placement of an accessory building. <br /> Under Dane County Code of Ordinance section 10.25(2)(i) a permit issued pursuant to the provisions of <br /> this section shall expire one year from the date of issuance if construction is not started within that time <br /> and will expire if construction once started does not diligently proceed to completion within two years <br /> starting time. <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at 584 Juedes Lane is in violation of the ordinance. A <br /> single family residence is not under construction prior to the placement of an accessory building on the <br /> property.
