<br /> I found a Brass Cop Monument per tie sheet by Carl M. Sondsnes, dated February 16, 2004. l found
<br /> one tie from said tie sheet and l accepted the Bross Cap Monument (see picture) as the corner
<br /> and placed four (4) new ties as referenced below. Date of field survey and monument recovery was
<br /> November 03, 2016 and March 17, 2017.
<br /> (c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments.
<br /> (Witness monuments shall be made of concrete, natural stone, iron, or other equally
<br /> durable material.) Describe witness monuments.
<br /> (d) Show a plan view drawing depicting the relevant monuments and reference ties which is
<br /> sufficient in detail to enable accurate relocation of the corner monument if the corner
