S. public land survey <br /> system. <br /> • = Corner Monument • <br /> NORTHEAST CORNER, <br /> SECTION 32, T 8 N, R 9 E, <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT, <br /> DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN. <br /> 32 <br /> (b)Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or any other <br /> material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed. <br /> FOUND A 2" IRON PIPE AT THE SECTION CORNER LOCATION. THE ALUMINUM MONUMENT <br /> OF RECORD WAS NOT FOUND, BUT A 2" IRON PIPE WAS FOUND TO THE EAST AS A <br /> TIE, PER A MONUMENT RECORD BY HARRY BRIDWELL, DATED OCTOBER 18, 1973 AND A <br /> MONUMENT RECORD BY KEVIN M. RADEL, DATED DECEMBER 22, 1987. THE 2" IRON <br /> PIPE FOUND AT THE SECTION CORNER LOCATION CHECKS WITH THE VIERBICHER ALTA <br /> SURVEY, S-188, DATED JUNE 30, 2008 AND FILED AS 2008-00578 AND ALSO <br /> CHECKS WITH THE SECTION CORNER LOCATION ON THE R/W PLAT PROJECT <br /> 5954-02-01, PREPARED BY AYRES ASSOCIATES ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2005. <br /> I ACCEPTED THE LOCATION OF THE 2" IRON PIPE AS THE SECTION CORNER AND USED <br /> THE FOUND PIPES AND ROD AS TIES ALONG WITH TWO ADDITIONAL TIES SET AS <br /> SHOWN BELOW. <br /> (c) In the plan view drawing below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. Witness monuments <br /> shall be made of concrete, natural stone, iron or other equally durable material. Describe witness monuments. <br /> (d) Show a plan view drawing depicting the <br /> relevant monuments and reference ties which <br /> is sufficient in detail to enable accurate <br /> relocation of the corner monument if the <br /> corner monument is disturbed.
