Date of Survey: April 30, 2015 (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or any other material evidence you considered, and weather the monument was found or placed. I found the brass cap monument in good condition and accepted its location. I also found three of the four witness monuments established by Carl Sandsnes, one of which did not measure well in comparison to the distance recorded by Sandsnes (Sandsnes monument record dated April 6, 2004). I established witness monuments as shown below. (c) In the plan view below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness mon"ments shall be made of concrete, material stone, iron or other equally durable material.) Describe witness monuments.
