I did not find a draft <br /> maintenance agreement with the most recent submittal. I understand it may be dependent on the recording of the <br /> CSM. Please send me a draft affidavit for approval before it is signed and notarized. The recording fee is$30 and must <br /> be payable to Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> A financial security instrument in the amount of$241,900 (for stormwater improvement) may be submitted to my <br /> attention.
