Removal of dredged (if any) spoils to uplands (non-Floodplain and non-Wetlands areas) is <br /> preferred. <br /> If this is not possible, spread no more than 4 to 6 inches (widely distributed) of dredged spoils on <br /> tilled agricultural land in Floodplain areas ONLY. No filling permitted in Wetlands. <br /> 2. No obstructions to flow of floodwaters. <br /> 3.
