Concluding Statement <br />Applicant has submitted substantial evidence supporting its request for a conditional <br />use permit to conduct ruureral extraction on the subject property. This is a superior <br />site fur such extraction. The proposed extraction site is to the run th - moving away <br />fivm the residences on US Hwy 12/18, when: there is virtually no odor <br />development. The material is being locally sourced to a pre-existing and permitted <br />concrete batch plant. 'fhe material can them be transported directly onto US Hwy <br />12118, without any disturbance to'I'own or County roadways. <br />Applicant is aware of no substantial evidence in opposition to this application. For <br />"ample, tltem are no qualified experts documenting that Applicant does not meet <br />the necessary conditions. <br />As set forth on the attached document, Applicant ran meet the Six Standards of a <br />Conditional Use Permit in Dane County.
