The'Rrkicndorf family lives immediately south of the exiting Rocky <br />Rights /Wade Cattell ( "Cattell ") non- mem0ic mine site, as well as a concrete batch plaw . <br />approved on the same property permitted by conditional use permit #2175 in 2011. Mr. <br />Cattell seeks to expand this operation on 35 acre to the march of the exiting site, on <br />property belonging to Kirk & Heidi H iced ldt. <br />The nommemllic mining CUP should he denied bnause it fails 0 meet Dane County's <br />urdiarrim and Cottage Grove's comprehensive plan, . and because the application <br />pukes has suffered from material pr ttduml flaws.
