A base flood elevation has not been determined for this <br /> location. The current equalized assessed value (provided 2/28/2018) of the structure is$4700.00. The <br /> modification and maintenance includes building an overhang on the south side, replacement of siding, replacement <br /> of windows, replacement of wiring, and replacement of insulation. The estimated cost of construction is$2200. <br /> This maintenance and repair will result in 46.8% of the allowed cumulative improvements to a non-conforming <br /> structure in the floodplain before the entire structure is required to be brought into compliance with floodplain <br /> regulations. <br /> If in the future additional work is proposed to this structure, Dane County Zoning will require a study of the <br /> floodplain including a H&H analysis to determine the base flood elevation in a Zone A floodplain. <br /> The maintenance and repair shall comply with the submitted plan. <br /> This permit does not permit any modification to the floodplain including filling or dredging.
