The barn shall be permitted to be rented out for activities such as but not limited to <br /> conferences, meetings, and weddings. No further expansion of the barn building shall be <br /> permitted. <br /> 2. The conference area shall be permitted to be rented out year round which may exceed 45 <br /> days a year. <br /> 3. The conference area may exceed 200 persons if approval is grant by the Town, Sheriff's <br /> Department , and EMS services. <br /> 4. Adequate parking facilities shall be provided and maintained on the property. Parking shall <br /> not be permitted on County Highway BB. <br /> 5. All employees, except one or one full-time equivalent, shall be a member of the family <br /> residing on the property. <br /> 6.
