The purpose of the study was to <br /> evaluate an addition to a structure that was constructed without prior permitting. The study was completed for the <br /> construction of a prior structure on the site by MSA Professional Services,Inc. and submitted under the <br /> professional seal of Uriah Monday, P.E. The analysis dated August 29,2011 and submitted electronically on <br /> January 24, 2018 when considered with your request for review on February 8,2018, meets the Standards of NR <br /> 116, Wisconsin Administrative Code and is hereby approved.
