ORDER OF DENIAL The Joint Dane and Jefferson County School Committee (s) having held a hearing at the Deerfield High School, Deerfield, Wisconsin, at 8:00 o'clock in the afternoon on the 17th day of November, 1965, and following which said Committee (s) having held a conference with the school boards of the districts involved, prece- dent to the issuance of this order, all being in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40.02 (5), 40.025 (2) and 40.03 of the Wisconsin Statutes, hereby order that the following petition be DENIED: TO THE COUNTY SCHOOL COMMITTEE OF THE COUNTY OF DANE, STATE OF WISCONSIN Gentlemen: You are hereby requested to take such action as may be necessary, accord- ing to the provisions of sections 40.02 (5), 40.025 (2) and 40.03 of the Wisconsin Statutes of 1963, to detach the following described territory: The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section twenty-five (25) and the North Half (N 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section twenty-six (26) all in Township Seven (7) North, Range twelve (12) East One Hundred Twenty (120) Acres, located in Township of Deerfield, Dane County, Wisconsin, from Cambridge Joint District No. 5, Villages of Cambridge and Rockdale, Towns of Albion, Christiana, Deerfield and Pleasant Springs, Dane County, Wisconsin; Towns of Lake Mills, Oakland and Sumner, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, artd to attach said described territory to Deerfield Jt. District #1, Village of Deerfield and Towns of Deerfield, Christiana, Cottage Grove and Pleasant Springs, Dane County, Wisconsin, all being in the County of Dane, State of Wisconsin.
