<br /> The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency
<br /> No. 15, State of Wisconsin, having held a hearing at the Deerfield Grade
<br /> School at 8:00 o'clock in the afternoon of the 17th of June, 1969, and
<br /> following which said Agency School Committee having held a conference
<br /> with the school boards of the districts involved, precedent to the issu-
<br /> ance of this order, all being in accordance with the provisions of
<br /> Section 117. 02, Chapter 92, Laws of Wisconsin of 1967, hereby order
<br /> that the following petition be DENIED:
<br /> "To: The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational
<br /> Service Agency No. 15, State of Wisconsin.
<br /> Gentlemen: The undersigned electors representing more than
<br /> ten (10) percent of the electors residing in the area proposed
<br /> to be detached as hereinafter described do hereby request that
<br /> you take such action as may be necessary, according to the
<br /> provisions of Section 117. 02 (1), Chapter 92, Laws of Wiscon-
<br /> sin of 1967, to detach the following described territory, to wit:
<br /> NW 1/4 of NE 1/4; NE 1/4 of NE 1/4; both in Section 35,
<br /> Town of Deerfield; SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 26, Town
<br /> of Deerfield, County of Dane, Wisconsin, consisting of
<br /> 120 acres,
<br /> from joint School District No. 5, Villages of Cambridge and
<br /> Rockdale, Towns of Albion, Christiana, Deerfield, and Pleasant
<br /> Springs, County of Dane, Towns of Lake Mills, Oakland, and
<br /> Sumner, County of Jefferson, State of Wisconsin, and to attach
<br /> said described territory to Joint School District No. 1, Village
<br /> of Deerfield, Towns of Deerfield, Christiana, Cottage Grove,
<br /> and Pleasant Springs, County of Dane, Town of Lake Mills,
<br /> County of Jefferson, State of Wisconsin. "
