<br /> The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency
<br /> No. 15, State of Wisconsin, having held a hearing at the Sauk City
<br /> Middle School, at 8:00 o'clock in the afternoon of the 24th day of July,
<br /> 1969, and following which said Agency School Committee having held a con-
<br /> ference with the school boards of the districts involved, precedent to
<br /> the issuance of this order, all being in accordance with the provisions
<br /> of Section 117.02, Chapter 92, Laws of Wisconsin of 1967, hereby
<br /> order that the following petition be DENIED:
<br /> "To: The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational
<br /> Service Agency No. 15, State of Wisconsin.
<br /> Gentlemen: The undersigned electors representing more than
<br /> ten (10) percent of the electors residing in the area proposed
<br /> to be detached as hereinafter described do hereby request that
<br /> you take such action as may be necessary, according to the
<br /> provisions of Section 117.02 (1), Chapter 92, Laws of Wiscon-
<br /> sin of 1967, to detach the following described territory, to wit:
