After reviewing the application materials <br /> I have determined that a shoreland erosion control is needed prior to the issuance of a shoreland zoning permit. This <br /> permit may be obtained from Dane County Land and Water Resources. <br /> This determination was based on a replacement of existing impervious surfaces to reconstruct a driveway and <br /> walkway within 75 feet of the ordinary high water mark of Six Mile Creek. Land disturbing activities within 300 <br /> feet of Six Mile Creek require a shoreland erosion control permit. <br /> This is an after-the-fact permit. Work has already begun. Prior to continuing construction,the following conditions <br /> must be satisfied: <br /> 1. Obtain a shoreland erosion control permit from Dane County Land and Water Resources. <br /> 2.
