The record in the above matter is as follows: An appeal from said Order No. 46 issued on April 6, 1970, denying to detach the following described territory, to wit: A parcel of land in the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 32, and the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 31, T 8 N, R 9 E, Town of Westport , Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 32; thence N 89° 38' E, 1313.94 feet along the south line of said Section 32 to the SE corner of SW 1/4, SW 1/4, of said Section 32; thence N 00 13' W, 923.00 feet along east line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence S 89° 06' W, 1696.78 feet : thence S 890 41' W, 542.02 feet; thence S 00 39' E, 899.47 feet to the south line of Section 31, T 8 N, R 9 E; thence S 89° 50' E, 917.94 feet along the south line of said Section 31 to the point of beginning, from Joint School District No. 4, Village of Waunakee and the Towns of Dane, Springfield Vienna and Westport , County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, and to attach said described territory to Joint School District No. 3, City of Middleton, Village of Cross Plains and the Towns of Berry.
