SAB-111+ - 3 - Said meeting was held on September 30, 1970, where the State Appeal Board heard informally the presentation of facts and information affecting the educational welfare of the children involved in said appeal and after conferring and due consideration given, said State Appeal Board by roll call vote duly recorded voted by a majority vote of its members to reverse the order of said Agency School Committee of Cooper- ative Educational Service Agency No. 15 made and filed on August 20, 1970, thereby granting the appeal. The State Appeal Board thereupon directed that an order be prepared by the Secre- tary of the State Appeal Board reversing the order of the said Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15 made and filed August 20, 1970, and granting the reorganization requested in the petition filed July 30, 1970, and grant- ing this appeal filed August 26, 1970, in accordance with the vote of said State Appeal Board. The State Appeal Board further provided that said order reversing the Agency School Committee order be mailed by the Secretary of the State Appeal Board pursuant to Section 117.01 (2) (c) , Wis. Stats. , to be effective 30 days after mailing by the Secretary of Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15.
