SAB-183 THE STATE OF WISCONSIN STATE APPEAL BOARD Wisconsin Hall, 126 Langdon Street Madison, Wisconsin 53702 THE STATE OF WISCONSIN BEFORE THE STATE APPEAL BOARD In the Matter of An Appeal Filed with the State Superintendent of Public Instruction on Date of September 24, 1973, Appealing to the State Appeal Board From A n Order of Denial Entitled Order No. 70 O R D E R and Made and Filed on August 23, 1973, by the Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15, State of Wisconsin. The record in the above matter is as follows: An appeal from said Order No. 70 made and filed on August 23, 1973, denying to detach the following described territory, to wit: W. half of the W. half, except the S. 480 ft. of the E. 480 ft. of section 16. E. half of the N.E. quarter, the N.E. quarter of the S. E. quarter, the S.E. quarter of the S.E. quarter, section 17. All in town 9 N. Range 9 E. Subject to easement and rights of record, from Joint School District No. 10, Village of DeForest and Towns of Bristol, Burke, Vienna and Windsor, County of Dane, and Towns of Hampden and Leeds, County of Columbia, State of Wisconsin, and to attach said described territory to Joint School District No. 4, Village of Waunakee and Towns of Dane, Springfield, Vienna and Westport, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, as requested in a petition filed with the Secretary of the Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15 on August b, 1973, was filed with the State Superintendent of Public instruction on September 24, 1973, appealing to the State Appeal Board. Upon receipt of said appeal the State Superintendent established for the purpose of deciding said appeal a State Appeal Board comprised of the State Superintendent and the following named Presidents of designated Agency School Committees of Cooperative
