<br /> Part of the Highlands Plat, a recorded plat in Section 18, T 7 N,
<br /> R 9 E, Town of Madison and Section 13, Town of Middleton, T 7 N,
<br /> R 8 E, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits of the City of Madison said
<br /> point being the point of intersection of the Northerly prolongation
<br /> of the East line of Lot 18, Highlands Plat, a recorded plat in
<br /> Section 18, T 7 N, R 9 E, Town of Madison and Section 13, T 7 N,
