ORDER ON ALTERATION OF SCHOOL DISTRICT BOUNDARY LINES
<br /> Following the procedure listed under 40.032, the school boards of
<br /> Park Elementary School District, Middleton Union High School District,
<br /> and Wisconsin Heights School District on August 13, 1964, approved the
<br /> detachment of the following described area:

<br /> Section 32-8-7, SW's NEk, M357/132
<br /> Section 32-8-7, SE's NWT, M357/132
<br /> Section 32-8-7, Prt NWT SWk com NE cor th W 148 ft S 24 degrees 20'
<br /> W 404 ft N 40 degrees 15' E to pob also NWj also W 33 ft SW's N
<br /> of hwy, M357/132 (Berry Township)
<br /> from Jt. School District No. 1, Village of Cross Plains and Towns of
<br /> Cross Plains, Berry and Middleton (Park School) and Middleton Union
<br /> High School District, Middleton City, Madison City, Cross Plains Village,
<br /> and Towns of Middleton, Cross Plains, Berry, Springfield and Westport,
<br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, and the attachment of the above described area
<br /> to Joint School District No. 1, Villages of Black Earth and Mazomanie
<br /> and Towns of Mazomanie, Black Earth, Cross Plains, Berry, Roxbury and
<br /> Vermont, Dane County, and Town of Arena, Iowa County, Wisconsin (Wisconsin
<br /> Heights School).
<br /> AND, the school boards of River Valley School District and Wisconsin
<br /> Heights School District on August 13, 1964, approved the detachment of
<br /> the following described area:
<br /> A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br /> Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
<br /> Section 25, Township 8 North, Range 5 East, described by metes and
<br /> bounds as follows: Beginning at a point in the Northeast Quarter
<br /> of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25 which point is 19.90 chains East
<br /> and 3.30 chains South of the Northwest corner of said forty acres
<br /> running thence South 63 degrees East 2.40 chains thence South 34k
<br /> degrees West 2.65 chains, thence North 66 degrees West 2.08 chains
<br /> thence North 29k degrees East 2.70 chains to the place of beginning
<br /> and containing 6.0 acres
<br /> from Jt. School District No. 2 of the Village of Spring Green and the
<br /> Towns of Spring Green, Bear Creek, Franklin and Troy, Sauk County, Wisconsin,
<br /> and the Village of Lone Rock and the Towns of Buena Vista and Ithaca,
<br /> Richland County, Wisconsin, and the Village of Arena and the Towns of

<br /> attachment of the above described area to Joint School District No. 1,

<br /> Town of Arena, Iowa County, Wisconsin (Wisconsin Heights) .
<br /> The effective date for both shall be July 1, 1965.
