Within such areas, single-family residential development is <br /> permitted up to an overall density of one unit per two acres. Farmland Preservation <br /> density caps do not apply in Rural Residential Areas. Therefore, I am refunding your <br /> $100 for the density study report. <br /> This property falls within the extraterritorial plat review jurisdiction (ETJ) of both the <br /> City of Verona and the City of Fitchburg. Each city will have to approve any land division <br /> within their respective ETJs. In addition, any development must meet siting and other <br /> criteria of the Town of Verona/Dane County Comprehensive Plan.
