Any applicants which are denied a permit may appeal the decision to the Dane County Transportation Committee. Other Special Provisions: The access shall be located 3250 feet east of the centerline of Hillside Rd. Install a 24 inch x 30 foot corrugated metal pipe with end walls. This shall be the only access to this parcel. Any existing access shall be removed and the area shall be graded to match the existing ditch line and then seeded and mulched. This access shall be used as joint access for agricultural use and residential use. Enclosed is the"Culvert Selection Chart For Rural Private and Field Entrances." Note in the cross-section,the water must drain 8 to 10 feet away from the edge of the existing shoulder.
