DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8562 • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural.Homes and RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 8562 TO RH-3: Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 6; thence North 689.66 feet to the point of beginning; thence S72°40' West 705 feet; thence N87°50' West 917 feet; thence North 280 feet; thence S89°04' East 1249 feet; thence East 274 feet; thence North 445 feet; thence East 66 feet,thence North 163.29 feet; thence West 23.34 feet; thence N24°15' West 239.86 feet; thence N71°51'06" West 431.91 feet; thence S77°11'08" West 303.02 feet; thence S85° Wet 309.64 feet; thence South 376.17 feet; thence S53°27' East 128.25 feet; thence S87°32'02" East 277.48 feet; thence N70°04'32" East 238.46 feet; thence N51°24' East 464 feet; thence S24°15' East 253 feet; thence East 66 feet; thence South 657.66 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
