DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8562 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural.Homes <br /> and RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8562 <br /> TO RH-3: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 6; thence North 689.66 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence S72°40' West 705 feet; thence N87°50' West 917 feet; thence North <br /> 280 feet; thence S89°04' East 1249 feet; thence East 274 feet; thence North 445 feet; <br /> thence East 66 feet,thence North 163.29 feet; thence West 23.34 feet; thence N24°15' <br /> West 239.86 feet; thence N71°51'06" West 431.91 feet; thence S77°11'08" West 303.02 <br /> feet; thence S85° Wet 309.64 feet; thence South 376.17 feet; thence S53°27' East 128.25 <br /> feet; thence S87°32'02" East 277.48 feet; thence N70°04'32" East 238.46 feet; thence <br /> N51°24' East 464 feet; thence S24°15' East 253 feet; thence East 66 feet; thence South <br /> 657.66 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: <br /> Part of the NE quarter Section 6, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: Part of Lot <br /> #2, CSM #7405, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot #2; <br /> thence West, 529.54 feet; thence N22°05'26" West 8.23 feet;. Thence N51°24' East <br /> 463.91 feet; thence S24°15' West 253.41 feet; thence East 66 feet; thence South 9' to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> r , <br /> • ' \ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their fmdings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
