A copy of the permit and the right elevation <br /> drawing are enclosed for your reference. <br /> Your permit was issued on May 28, 2008. Your location survey was completed June 25, 2008. <br /> Section 10.25(2)(i) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances (DCCO) states that a permit issued pursuant <br /> to the provisions of this section shall expire one year from the date of issuance if construction is not <br /> started within that time and will expire if construction, once started, does not diligently proceed to <br /> completion within two years of starting time. <br /> Routine inspections were conducted on June 25, 2008 and July 9, 2010. <br /> Section 10.25(2)(f) of the DCCO states that for purposes of this ordinance, start of construction shall be <br /> when any earth disturbing activity takes place that will lead to the installation of footings, piers, posts, <br /> pilings or foundations. <br /> Your permit expired on June 26, 2010. <br /> If you decide to construct the deck on the south side of your home, a new permit is required.
