PANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7937 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the RH 1 Rural Homes <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7937 <br /> Part of the SW 114 of the NE 114 of Section 26, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 26, thence S89°25'16" <br /> West, 2409.49 feet along the East-West quarter line of said Section 26 to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing S89°25'16" West 66.01 feet along said East-West quarter <br /> line to the Easterly line of Certified Survey Map #8924, thence N00°19'00"East, 435.00 <br /> feet along said Easterly line; thence continuing along said Easterly line being the arc of a <br /> curve to the right, having a radius of 200.00 feet and a chord bearing N22°46'45" East, <br /> 152.83 feet; thence continuing along said Easterly line being the arc of a curve to the left, <br /> having a radius of 800.00 feet and a chord bearing N22°46'45"East, 611.33 feet; thence <br /> N00°19'00"East, 203.23 feet along said Easterly line to the North line S 1/2 of the <br /> NE 1/4 of said Section 26; thence N89°33'35" East, 150.00 feet along said North line; <br /> thence S00°19'00"West, 361.79 feet;thence N89°41'00" West, 98.26 feet; thence along <br /> the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 866.00 feet and a chord bearing <br /> S27°59'15"West, 513.73 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius <br /> of 134.00 feet and a chord bearing S22°46'45" West, 102.40 feet; thence S00°19'00" <br /> West, 433.97feet to the East-West quarter line of said Section 26 and the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditionalzoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of 0 rd i i c e s. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. _T <br /> 1.That the existing driveway be used to access lot#4. ■ � \` <br /> IL The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
