To complete the <br /> permit process you will need to submit a signed and dated site plan, floor plan, <br /> and elevation view drawing. The site plan shall be drawn to scale and show the <br /> lot lines and lot dimensions, the location and size of all existing and proposed <br /> buildings and their distances from all lot lines. The site plan must also show the <br /> location of any wells and septic features. The floor plan and elevation view also <br /> need to be drawn to scale. A front elevation is required to show the height of the <br /> structure from the property road frontage. <br /> Your application indicates that there will be a bedroom addition.
