Instructions are as follows: <br /> The permit card shall be posted on the premises before any earth disturbing activity is started. <br /> 2. The owner or his agent shall have all lot corners visibly staked prior to requesting an <br /> inspection. The Zoning Inspector shall not be responsible for determining the location of lot <br /> lines. Please be advised that zoning inspections are made in reliance upon your correct <br /> identification of property boundaries and lot lines. <br /> 3. FIRST INSPECTION: <br /> a. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE: The zoning inspections are made to verify <br /> compliance with the regulations of the zoning ordinance. The Zoning Division upon <br /> completion of the second inspection will issue a certificate of compliance. <br /> To schedule an inspection, call 266-4266, Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM. Please <br /> give the permit number and the town that it is located in.
