<br /> Town of Madison) , Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as

<br /> Commencing at a 11" iron pipe marking the SW corner of Lot 7, Block
<br /> 1, Plat of Westpoint, said corner also being the point of beginning
<br /> of this description:
<br /> Thence South 50.87 feet to the centerline of an existing
<br /> 16.5 foot wide public highway easement;
<br /> Thence S 87° 14' 30" W, along said centerline, 70.45 feet;
<br /> Thence S 70° 58' W, along said centerline, 56.45 feet;
<br /> Thence N 25° 00' W, along the East line of Lot 3, Certified Survey
<br /> Map No. 2684 and a Southerly projection thereof, 130.30 feet to
<br /> Meander Corner No. 1;
<br /> Thence continue N 25° 00 ' W, 40 feet more or less, to the centerline
<br /> of the lagoon;
<br /> Thence Northeasterly, along the centerline of the lagoon, 186 feet
<br /> more or less to a point;
<br /> Thence N 89° 41' E, 22 feet more or less to Meander Corner No. 2 ;
<br /> Thence continue N 89° 41' E, 36.00 feet;
<br /> Thence South, along the West line of Lot 7, Block 1, Plat of West-
<br /> point, 200.00 feet to the SW corner thereof and the point of beginning
<br /> of this description.
<br /> The Meander line is described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the aforementioned Meander Corner No. 1;
<br /> Thence N 62° 19' 30" E, 104.51 feet;
<br /> Thence N 46° 35' E, 60.00 feet;
<br /> Thence N 05° 53' 15" E, 65.02 feet to Meander Corner No. 2 ;
<br /> The above described parcel contains 0.91 acres, more or less, subject
<br /> to a public roadway, known as St. Cyr Street, over the Southerly 8.25
<br /> feet thereof.
<br /> I also certify that this map is a correct representation of all
<br /> exterior boundaries of the land surveyed and the land division thereof
