Herman Landscaping said a pervious patio might be <br /> included in their WDNR CH. 30 permit application. I told them we usually don't allow these along the shore (had done so <br /> only once to accommodate a wheelchair-bound owner, and then only a pathway was permitted.) Otherwise, even the <br /> pervious pavers need to meet Minor Structure requirements. <br /> I told Herman that we might review the proposal IF the DNR approved it, and that Roger Lane had the final decision. I also <br /> said they'd need a SE Permit from LCD. So...did they apply for a Shoreland Erosion Control Permit, and did it show a <br /> pervious paver patio at the water's edge? <br /> Just trying to follow up on a possible violation.
