ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO 1624 / <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to zoninvi districts in he Town of Deerfield <br /> The Dane, County Board of Supervisor does or n as follows: <br /> That the zoning district maps of the Townn of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the C-1 Commercial & Light Manufacturing District the following <br /> described land: <br /> Part of the NE'/4 of Section 16, Town of Deerfield, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 16; thence West along the <br /> North line of Sedtion 16, 1220 feet more or less to the West right of way line <br /> of STH 73 and the point of beginning; thence continue West along said North <br /> line 260 feet more or less to the centerline of a town road (Old STH 73) ; <br /> thence Southwesterly along said centerline 910 feet more or less to a point; <br /> thence East on a line being at right angles to the centerline of STH 73 as <br /> said highway is now located, 64 feet more or less to the Westerly right of <br /> way line of said STH ?3; thence N 06° 29' W along said Westerly right of way <br /> ' line to an angle point; thence Northerly along said Westerly right of way line <br /> 173.4 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: May 20, 1974 <br /> .
