• ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 1096 Amending Section 10.03 GS) Relating to District in theTown of Madison. The Dane County Boardof Supervisors does ordain as follows: A. That subdiviucn 10 of Section 10.03 (16)(j), C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, be amended as follows. 10. A parcel consisting of part of the SE?a Section 35 and part of the SWc , Section 36 described as follows beginning at the east quarter corner of Section 35; thence cast alone the canter line. of Ba4ge:?r Load 09 feet; thence south 220 feet; thence east S5 feet; thence south 173.45 feet; thence west 184 feet to the common line between Sections 35 and 36; thence north alone. said line 57,25 feet; thence west 707 feet; thence southwesterly in a straight line to a point which is east 50 feet of the east line of the railroad and south 220 feet from the south- westerly line of the t eltline; thence north 220 feet to the southeasterly line ti the Beltlino; thence northeasterly ; long said line to the common line between Sections :35 and 36; thence north along said line 33 feet to the point of hepinning. B. That subdivision 10 of Section 10.03 (16)(k), C-2 commercial and Light Manufacturing District, be al to read as follows: 10.
