• ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4983 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The .Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4983: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 23; thence <br /> South, 795.55 feet along the West line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 to the point of <br /> beginning; Thence North, 505.66 feet along the West line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; <br /> thence East, 660' ; thence S 48° 00' 00" East, 700 feet; thence East, 150 feet <br /> to a point on the East line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South, 550 feet to <br /> the Southeast corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4, thence West, 742.50 feet along the <br /> South line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 58° 00' 00" West, 329.24 feet; <br /> thence N 11° 43' 00" East, 173.45 feet; thence N 63° 47' 00" West, 381.25 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
