• ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4983 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of BLACK EARTH The .Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: Pet. #4983: Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Black Earth described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 23; thence South, 795.55 feet along the West line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 to the point of beginning; Thence North, 505.66 feet along the West line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence East, 660' ; thence S 48° 00' 00" East, 700 feet; thence East, 150 feet to a point on the East line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South, 550 feet to the Southeast corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4, thence West, 742.50 feet along the South line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 58° 00' 00" West, 329.24 feet; thence N 11° 43' 00" East, 173.45 feet; thence N 63° 47' 00" West, 381.25 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
