DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 9717 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Montrose. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br /> of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes district(s) following <br /> described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9717 <br /> TO RH-1 <br /> Part of the Northwest quarter(NW '/4) of the Northeast Quarter(NE '/4), and part of the Northeast <br /> Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter(NE 1/4) of Section 12, Town Five North(T5N), Range <br /> Eight East(R8E), Town of Montrose, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 12; thence South 84°19'13"East, 925.42 feet <br /> along the north line of said Northeast 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence continue South <br /> 84°19'13"East, 198.13 feet along the North line of said Northeast 1/4 to the Northwest corner of <br /> Certified Survey Map No. 4282; thence along the Westerly line of said Certified Survey Map <br /> !'*• South 55°11'45" East, 502.49 feet; thence continue along the Westerly line of said Certified <br /> Survey Map South 62°42'46"East, 222.16 feet to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map <br /> No. 1907; thence along the West line thereof South 19°09'05" East, 273.52 feet; thence North <br /> 83°06'02"West, 935.44 feet; thence North 03°16'37" East, 555.19 feet to the North line of the <br /> Northeast 1/4 of said Section 12 and the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 370,149 square <br /> feet or 8.497 acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of <br /> its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br /> Dane County Zoning. <br /> Effectiv : <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon Their findings,to be consistent <br /> with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
