DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 9717 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Montrose. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes district(s) following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 9717 TO RH-1 Part of the Northwest quarter(NW '/4) of the Northeast Quarter(NE '/4), and part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter(NE 1/4) of Section 12, Town Five North(T5N), Range Eight East(R8E), Town of Montrose, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 12; thence South 84°19'13"East, 925.42 feet along the north line of said Northeast 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence continue South 84°19'13"East, 198.13 feet along the North line of said Northeast 1/4 to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map No. 4282; thence along the Westerly line of said Certified Survey Map !'*• South 55°11'45" East, 502.49 feet; thence continue along the Westerly line of said Certified Survey Map South 62°42'46"East, 222.16 feet to the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map No. 1907; thence along the West line thereof South 19°09'05" East, 273.52 feet; thence North 83°06'02"West, 935.44 feet; thence North 03°16'37" East, 555.19 feet to the North line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 12 and the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 370,149 square feet or 8.497 acres. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. Effectiv : The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon Their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
