VIOLATION: Section 10.25(2)(a) of Dane County Code of Ordinances (DCCO) states <br /> that zoning permits are required for new buildings, additions or alterations to existing <br /> buildings, and change of use No new building shall hereafter be erected, and no existing <br /> building shall be added to, structurally altered, moved or changed in use, nor shall any <br /> nonconforming building be repaired or restored, in any district, until a zoning permit has <br /> been issued, except as otherwise provided by law or ordinance. <br /> Section 10.25(3)(a)1. of the Dane County Code of Ordinances (DCCO) states that a location <br /> survey a location survey as defined herein shall be submitted to the zoning division for all <br /> construction which will be located less than 10' from required setback lines. The survey shall <br /> be done at the time when foundations or basement walls are completed. Such survey shall be <br /> submitted to the zoning office prior to the continuation of work on the project. <br /> Section 10.01(30m) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances states that a location survey <br /> refers to survey information prepared by a licensed surveyor indicating the location of <br /> property lines and building location distances from those property lines for the specific <br /> portions of the building indicated in this ordinance. Such surveys are not required to <br /> provide all the parcel information set forth by Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter A- <br /> # 7.02 Minimum Standards for Property Surveys item A-E 7.01 (2) but may exclude <br /> unnecessary information as permitted in A-E 7.01 (2) and provide only the information <br /> required by the zoning ordinance but such information must comply with the accuracy <br /> standard required by A-E 7.06 Measurements. <br /> NOTICE: Application for the required Dane County zoning permit shall be submitted or <br /> the structures shall be removed from the property no later than December 30, 2007. <br /> If you have any questions concerning this stop work order, please contact the Dane <br /> County Zoning Division at the number listed below. <br /> Unauthorized removal of a stop work card is a violation of Section 10.25(3)(c) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> DANE COUNTY ZONING DEPARTMENT <br /> BY: Russell L.
