(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. <br />Show the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />None <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />(2) a found perpetuated location <br />(g &h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location. <br />M <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />- On April 13, 1914, P.H. Hintze shows a fence corner while working in Section 6. Bluebook Survey <br />Volume 4, Page 300. <br />- On October 30, 1979, Alden Kaukl chiseled a cross in a 3'x 3' x 2' stone. Kaukl determined that location <br />from Dahlen Map No. 4290 and horizontal control along the west line of Section 6. <br />Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On November 23, 1982, George Weir found an angle iron fence post that was referenced to in Dahlen <br />field book number 148, page 15. The angle iron fence post was used for the east 1/4 corner of Section 1, <br />T8N, R7E on Dahlen map number 4290. The angle iron fence post falls 5.98 ft. southwest of the chiseled <br />cross in stone from the Kaukl tie sheet. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On May 26, 1998, Daniel Paulson found the angle iron fence post and ties from the Weir tie sheet dated <br />October 23, 1982. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />(j) I, Richard Marks, Professional Land Surveyor number S -1473 hereby certify that the corner location <br />shown on this record was determined by me or under my direction and is correct.
