(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. <br />Show the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />None <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />(2) a found perpetuated location <br />(g &h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location. <br />No <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />- On January 18, 1866, Warner set a stone at this corner while workin in Section 1. <br />Bluebook Survey Volume 4, Page 290. <br />- On December 10, 1904, W.L. Marcy established the north 1/4 corner of Section 12 on a straight <br />line between section corners. Bluebook Survey Volume 4, Page 312. <br />- On June 8, 1920, R.M. Lory found the north 1/4 corner of Section 12 set by Marcy. Bluebook <br />Survey Volume 4, Page 312. <br />- On February 1, 1978, Ronald Williamson set an aluminum monument on line between the northeast <br />and northwest corners of Section 12 in line with a fence south. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On December 29, 1983, Ronald Williamson found the aluminum monument he set previously. <br />Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On November 7, 1990, Ronald Williamson found the aluminum monument he previously set had been <br />broken. Williamson reset a new aluminum monument in place of the broken one. <br />Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On November 20, 2015, Chris Adams was unable to find any evidence of corner or witness ties.
