(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. <br />Show the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />None <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />(2) a found perpetuated location <br />(g &h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location. <br />R.7 <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />- On April 11, 1873, S.M. Graves was at this corner while working in Section 10. Blue Book Survey <br />Volume 4, Page 308. <br />- On December 11, 1967, an unknown surveyor shows a 1" iron stake at this corner. Monument <br />Reference Sheet. <br />- On March 5, 1992, Ronald Williamson found a 2" iron pipe at the location shown by the unknown <br />surveyor. Williamson established new witness ties. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On November 16, 1993, Anthony Alt found the existing monument and witness ties. Alt set a 3/4" <br />rebar with an aluminum D.O.T. cap after road construction. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On October 19, 2007, Richard Marks found the 3/4" rebar with an aluminum D.O.T. cap set by Alt <br />and established new witness ties. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On October 25, 2010, Paul Spetz found the 3/4" rebar with an aluminum D.O.T. cap and the witness <br />ties set by Marks.
