Northrop set an aluminum monument in place of the PK nail. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On July 23, 1992, Ronald Williamson found the aluminum monument set by Northrop 20" below the <br />surface. Williamson set a 11/4" iron pipe over the aluminum monument flush with the road surface and <br />established two new witness ties.
