(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. <br />Show the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />None <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />(2) a found perpetuated location <br />(g &h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location. <br />No <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />- On April 15, 1858, J.D. Coryell shows a stone at this corner while working in Section 27. <br />Bluebook Survey Volume 2, Page 275. <br />- On August 18, 1898, W.L Marcy set a limestone at this corner and made a tie to a stone house <br />while working in Section 26. Bluebook Survey Volume 2, Page 458. <br />- On August 20, 1970, George Weir set a railroad spike at this corner from old descriptions and <br />survey plats in the area. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On April 29, 1975, Thom Grenlie set a PK nail over the railroad spike. Monument Reference Sheet <br />dated September 1, 2006. <br />- On April 21, 1995 Carl Sandsnes found a 3/4" rebar and set witness monuments. Monument <br />Reference Sheet. <br />- On September 1, 2006, Thom Grenlie set a railroad spike in the position of the original railroad <br />spike set by George Weir prior to construction to County Highway "K ". Grenlie shows the 3/4" <br />rebar found by Sandsnes to be 10.65' east of set railroad spike. This discrepancy is shown on <br />survey map 96 -0932 by Ronald Williamson. <br />(j) I, Richard Marks, Professional Land Surveyor number S -1473 hereby certify that the corner location <br />shown on this record was determined by me or under my direction and is correct.
