(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. <br />Show the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />►= <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />(2) a found perpetuated location <br />(g &h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location. <br />IR.: <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />- On April 14, 1858, J.D. Coryell set a limestone at the corner while working in Sections 27 and 28. <br />Bluebook Survey Volume 2, Pages 273 and 275. <br />- On May 25, 1883, John Douglus established this corner from the stump of a U.S.B.T. while working <br />in Section 34. Bluebook Survey Volume 4, Page 356. <br />- On June 1, 1911, P.H. Hintze found a quarry stone on east side of road while working in Section <br />33. Bluebook Survey Volume 4, Page 282. <br />- On June 28, 1898, Richard Schaut found a 5" x 5" concrete monument on the east edge of pavement <br />of Church Road. The concrete monument was set by George Weir for Dane County Certified Survey Map <br />Number 524. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On March 20, 2007, Ronald Williamson found the concrete monument lying on its side and reset a <br />3/4" solid round iron rod from Dane County Certified Survey Map Number 524. Williamson established <br />new witness ties. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />(j) I, Richard Marks, Professional Land Surveyor number S -1473 hereby certify that the corner location <br />shown on this record was determined by me or under my direction and is correct.
