Hintze found this corner in a fence line south. Bluebook Survey Volume <br />4, Page 282. <br />- On July 16, 1968, Arden Sandsnes set an unknown monument in the centerline of Schneider Road <br />in line with a fence south. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On June 29, 1988, Richard Schaut found a 1" iron pipe set by Sandsnes and set a dock spike on top <br />of it in the road surface. Schaut established new witness ties. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On January 12, 1994, Carl Sandsnes found the dock spike set by Richard Schaut and set a 3/4" rebar <br />with a Dane County Section corner cap in its place.
