(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. <br />Show the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />None <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />(2) a found perpetuated location <br />(g &h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location. <br />No <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />- On December 3, 1860, D.C. Rufset was at this corner while working in Section 34. <br />Bluebook Survey Volume 2, Page 379. <br />- On July 19, 1888, George Brown found the remains of an old stake at a fence corner in <br />marsh. Bluebook Survey Volume 4, Page 428. <br />- On December 11, 1967, an unknown surveyor shows the corner location in the center of <br />a drainage ditch. Unknown surveyor shows a 1" iron pipe set 10 ft. west of actual corner <br />location. Monument Reference Sheet. <br />- On October 19, 2007, Richard Marks computed the corner location from doubling line and <br />distance from the northwest corner of Section 3 through a 1" iron pipe at the northwest <br />corner of the NE1 /4 of the NW1 /4 of Section 3. Marks did not set corner as it fell in center of <br />ditch. Marks established new witness ties. <br />- On October 25, 2010, Paul Spetz computed the corner location from found Marks witness <br />ties. Condition Report. <br />(j) I, Richard Marks, Professional Land Surveyor number 5 -1473 hereby certify that the corner location <br />shown on this record was determined by me or under my direction and is correct.
